Office Assistant - Part Time

Office Administration Assistant 


Part Time, Monday - Friday 
Scheduled hours may vary 
Wage: $14.00-$16.50 DOE 


Responsibilities 

  • Answer phones, transfer as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally to all customers and employees.
  • Scan documents, such as accounts payable/receivable, and parts/service invoices into Dealership Management System.
  • Manage transactions with customers using cash register
  • Collect customer payments for sales, parts, and service.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change.
  • Process deposits from prior day's business
  • Close out cred card machine and cash register at end of each day.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent, recommended.
